I'm Todd Steiancher, a seasoned coach specializing in enhancing agronomic expertise for producers and crop advisers. Growing up with a deep connection to farming instilled a passion in me for preserving agricultural legacies, even after our family farm was sold due to succession issues. My work has ranged from improving food security in Zambia to advocating for effective farming practices back home. Alongside my wife, Adrienne, I am dedicated to fostering innovative and traditional farming methods to ensure a prosperous future for the next generations of farmers.
